The 17th & Final North Iowa Tractor Ride – July 18 – 20, 2024

The 2024 North Iowa Tractor Ride presented by MBT and hosted by local radio stations 98.7 Kiss Country, 103.7 The Fox and 95.1 The Bull are celebrating the 17 year anniversary of the ride July 18th – July 20th! This is also the final year for the North Iowa Tractor Ride.

Headquartered at the Benton County Fairgrounds in Vinton, Iowa. Nearly 200 vintage and restored tractors along with their pre registered drivers, friends and family will start signing in, receiving goodie bags, T-shirts, and tractor signage on Thursday afternoon July 18th, before taking part in the evening meal and drivers safety meeting. The ride is sponsored by MBT, MN-Iowa Electric Motors and Equipment, Brock Grain Bins, Petro Blend, JM Tire of St. Ansgar, Fox Auction Company, Mason City Powersports and Mary Klaes Photography.

Friday morning groups will roll out – one by one – in four separate groups based on their desired speed and make their way to Brandon, home of the World’s Largest Frying Pan for a mid morning break. From there we’ll make our way to the Quasqueton for lunch, and through Rowley and Troy Mills to Center Point for an afternoon break. We’ll drive through Urbana before we head back to Vinton for overnight. Friday evening drivers are free to explore the community of Vinton and the surrounding communities. Saturday morning, the riders will make their way over the hills and around the curves to Mt Auburn for break at the Wayson Family Farm, to LaPorte City for lunch and then head for a stop back in Brandon before ending the very last North Iowa Tractor Ride in Vinton.

Spectators are always welcome to join the riders for lunch, along the route or just to check out the tractors at our headquarters of the Benton County Fairgrounds.
